An appointment may be considered confirmed only after MB Xpertz or its authorized booking system confirms the appointment.

Appointment availability may change due to technician availability, vehicle requirements, parts availability, emergencies, or other circumstances.

Customers should contact MB Xpertz if they have not received confirmation or if they need to change an appointment.

5. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact MB Xpertz as soon as reasonably possible.

Any applicable cancellation, missed-appointment, storage, deposit, or other charges will be communicated to the customer where applicable and will be subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking or service.

6. Estimates and Quotes

Any estimate, quote, price indication, or service recommendation provided before inspection or diagnosis is based on the information available at that time.

Actual repair costs may change if additional problems are discovered during inspection, diagnosis, or repair.

Where additional work is required, MB Xpertz may contact the customer to discuss the findings and obtain appropriate authorization before proceeding, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the repair.

Taxes, parts, labour, diagnostic charges, shop supplies, disposal charges, and other applicable fees may apply.

The final invoice will reflect the services and parts actually provided, subject to applicable law and any agreed estimate or authorization.

7. Customer Authorization

Customers are responsible for authorizing requested work and providing accurate information about their vehicle and its condition.

Where additional work is identified, MB Xpertz may request authorization before performing the additional work.

By authorizing a repair or service, the customer acknowledges that the work is being performed on the vehicle identified by the customer and agrees to pay applicable charges for authorized services.

8. Vehicle Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including, where applicable:

  • Make and model
  • Model year
  • VIN
  • License plate
  • Mileage
  • Known mechanical or electrical issues
  • Relevant service history
  • Relevant modifications or previous repairs

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect diagnosis, estimates, parts selection, or service results.

9. Parts

Depending on the repair, vehicle, availability, and customer requirements, MB Xpertz may use appropriate replacement parts, including genuine, original-equipment, aftermarket, remanufactured, or other suitable parts where permitted and appropriate.

Parts availability may affect appointment scheduling and repair completion times.

Any applicable parts warranty will be subject to the terms and limitations provided by the applicable manufacturer, supplier, or MB Xpertz.

10. Repair and Service Results

Automotive repair and diagnosis involve variables that may not always be known before inspection.

While MB Xpertz strives to provide accurate diagnosis and quality workmanship, repair results may depend on the age, condition, previous repairs, modifications, maintenance history, and overall condition of the vehicle.

Repairing one component may reveal additional problems or cause previously hidden conditions to become apparent.

MB Xpertz will make reasonable efforts to communicate material findings and recommended repairs to the customer.

11. Safety Inspections

Where MB Xpertz performs a vehicle safety inspection, the inspection will be conducted according to applicable requirements and the scope of the inspection being performed.

A safety inspection does not guarantee that a vehicle will remain safe or free from defects after the inspection.

Vehicle condition can change after an inspection due to normal wear, damage, environmental conditions, mechanical failure, or other circumstances.

12. Vehicle Drop-Off and Pickup

Customers should remove valuables and personal belongings from their vehicles before leaving them with MB Xpertz.

MB Xpertz is not responsible for personal property left inside a vehicle except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers are responsible for collecting their vehicles when notified that repairs or services are complete, subject to any applicable storage or other charges disclosed to the customer.

13. Vehicle Storage

Where a vehicle remains at the facility after the customer has been notified that it is ready for pickup, applicable storage or related charges may apply where permitted by law and where properly communicated to the customer.

Customers should contact MB Xpertz promptly if they are unable to collect their vehicle.

14. Payments

Payment is due according to the payment terms communicated by MB Xpertz.

We may accept certain payment methods at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for paying all authorized services, parts, applicable taxes, and other charges properly payable under the applicable service arrangement.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unpaid, MB Xpertz may take reasonable steps to recover amounts properly owed, subject to applicable law.
